Key Responsibilities & Ownership

Full 360 Lifecycle Management
End-to-End Resourcing: From client briefing, to closing the deal - you will own the whole process. Using Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter (RPS+) and Job Boards to identify top talent to interview, shortlist and present back to the client. Before managing the interview process through to a successful outcome.
Senior Appointments: Manage multiple high-stakes assignments simultaneously, using exceptional organisational skills to ensure no details are missed.
Human-Led, AI-Assisted Search: Utilise Bullhorn or similar CRM systems to run modern recruitment processes that leverage technology while remaining deeply authentic and human.

Strategic Talent Ecosystems
Passive Talent Hunting: Proactively hunt for elite passive talent and "superstars" who are not currently active on the market.
Pipeline Building: You are incentivised to build deep talent pipelines through referrals and networking within specialist sector niches.
Interim Management: Stay close to the existing interim workforce, tracking contract end dates to develop strategic plays for redeploying talent into existing accounts or competitors.

Strategic Support & Brand Advocacy
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Assist the Head of Practice with high-level meetings and introductions to key stakeholders.
  • Market Intelligence: Leverage your market insights to identify new opportunities and anticipate future resource needs.
  • Brand Awareness: Contribute to thought leadership and social media content to raise your personal brand, which may occasionally include supporting event management.
